Billing, Refund, and No Chargeback Policy

Entity: MAKS TechDev LLC dba SentrixTrade

1. Auto Renewals

All subscriptions will renew automatically at the product's specified renewal rate.

Billing begins immediately upon signup and continues every 30 days thereafter unless the user manually cancels the subscription.

Due to billing operating on a 28–30-day cycle, the billing date may vary slightly each month.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. There are no exceptions.

No refund will ever be issued by MAKS TechDev LLC dba SentrixTrade or any of its vendors for any services provided — at any time and under any circumstances.

By registering, logging in, or using any product or service offered by MAKS TechDev LLC dba SentrixTrade, you agree that:

  • There will be no refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent claims filed with your financial institution or payment provider.
  • Any attempt to dispute or reverse a legitimate transaction will be considered a violation of the company's terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and further legal action.

3. Billing Terms

By signing up, the user acknowledges and agrees that there are no refunds.

It is the user's responsibility to manage their own subscription.

If the user wishes to cancel, it must be done via the website at least 72 hours before the renewal date.

There are no partial refunds or credits.

The account will remain active through the end of the current billing period, after which it will automatically renew unless cancelled.

4. Cancellations

If a user cancels their subscription — intentionally or accidentally — it cannot be reactivated for any reason.

To continue using the service, a new account must be created.

The user agrees not to dispute any charges.

Any disputes will result in the addition of attorney fees, administrative costs, and collection fees to the outstanding amount owed.

Failure to resolve unpaid balances may result in:

  • A permanent ban from MAKS TechDev LLC dba SentrixTrade, and
  • Prevention of any future purchases or transactions until all balances are paid in full.

5. No Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you will not initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment processor.

Any attempt to reverse a legitimate transaction via chargeback is a direct violation of this agreement.

6. Penalty for Chargeback

In the event of a chargeback initiated by you or any party associated with your account, MAKS TechDev LLC dba SentrixTrade reserves the right to:

  • Revoke access to all services, memberships, and subscriptions without refund. This includes, but is not limited to, all accounts, products, and services connected to your name or profile.

7. Permanent Ban

Any user found attempting to perform a chargeback will be permanently banned from all services provided by MAKS TechDev LLC dba SentrixTrade.

Banned users will be denied access to any future services, products, or accounts, and any attempt to bypass the ban will result in immediate termination of new or existing accounts.

8. Authorization to Collect Fees

In the event that a chargeback is filed, MAKS TechDev LLC dba SentrixTrade reserves the right to recover all related costs, including:

  • Chargeback and payment processor fees
  • Administrative fees
  • Legal or collection costs

These amounts may be collected through legal or collection channels as necessary.

9. Important Notice

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Billing, Refund, and No Chargeback Policy.

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service for MAKS TechDev LLC dba SentrixTrade and is legally binding upon confirmation of your order.
