By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service.

4. Data Retention

SentrixTrade retains your data for:

  • The lifetime of your active account, and
  • An additional 180 days after account closure to allow for audit trails, billing verification, and backup synchronization.

After this period, your personal data is permanently deleted from active databases and removed from encrypted backups during our next archival rotation (typically within 30 additional days).

You may request early deletion at any time by emailing support@sentrixtrade.com, though certain transactional or legal data may be retained as required by law.

5. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures, including:

  • End-to-end encryption (TLS) during transmission.
  • Encryption at rest for stored credentials and sensitive data.
  • Network segmentation and firewalling for production servers.
  • Regular access audits and vulnerability assessments.

No internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure. By using the Service, you acknowledge that security risks exist and agree that Maks TechDev LLC is not liable for unauthorized access, system failures, or data breaches beyond our reasonable control.

6. Third-Party Services

SentrixTrade integrates with third-party platforms such as brokers, data providers, and payment processors.

We share only the minimal information required to connect these services.

Each third-party’s use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy; we are not responsible for their actions, availability, or data-handling practices.

7. Technology & Availability Disclaimer

As a cloud-based technology provider, SentrixTrade may experience outages, downtime, or temporary data inaccessibility due to maintenance, updates, or third-party service interruptions.

Maks TechDev LLC is not responsible for any losses, delays, or performance issues resulting from such events.

8. User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access or request a copy of your personal information.
  • Correct or update inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated information.
  • Withdraw consent or object to specific processing activities.
